Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

Custom hats or bulk wedding orders are final sale and non‑refundable once production begins. Any design approvals provided by the customer are binding.

Prices listed on the site are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

All payments must be made at checkout through supported payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or order volume.

You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns and exchanges only on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on product pages.

Custom orders, limited drops, and sale items may be final sale.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our end.
